My rental properties management services are for you if:

HOME MANAGEMENT: SECOND RESIDENCES
My personalized house management services are for you if:
- You own a property in or around San Sebastián or Hondarribia in the Spanish Basque Country but you do not live there year-round,
- Your house/apartment needs year-round upkeeping/maintenance (especially) when you are away,
- You don’t want your property to “look” empty or unoccupied for long periods of time,
- You will feel more comfortable and reassured if a local, professional house-keeper like myself looks after your house or apartment when you are not home.
My bespoke property management services are customized for each and every client according to their specific needs. There is no such thing as a “one package fits all” when it comes to looking after your home.
Some of the services I provide include:
- Occasional or regularly scheduled property check-ups: I visit your house to check all is in order as often as you’d like me to.
- Cleaning team: for anything from the end-of-season clean-up to scheduled, regular cleaning days or full-house deep clean in preparation for your arrival.
- Gardening: for scheduled, regular maintenance visits or the occasional touch-up.
- Mail collection: I sort and file mail. You decide if I need to open anything.
- Parcel or deliveries reception: I am at your house during the delivery window to receive them on your behalf.
- Official representative: I can help you with administrative tasks such as city hall registration, parking permits, etc. I can also attend HOA meetings on your behalf.
- Works supervision: anything from a simple IKEA assembly to a full bathroom renovation. I am your go-between with the architects, handymen and workers and I supervise/check anything you’d like me to, whenever you need me to.
- Contact person: for most of my clients living abroad, I am their local point of contact for their neighbors, the alarm and security system company, etc. It is my number they call to inform anything pertaining to the house. Do not to worry about different time zones or language barriers, I am your local contact.
- Referrals: anything you might need, I’ve got you. From plumbers and 24/7 locksmiths, to the best mattresses and sofas in town, I will refer you to a professional I trust and work with. Otherwise, you can use my personal shopper services: simply give me a list of what you want/need and I will get it for you.
- Full-fridge service: there’s nothing worse than arriving home to an empty fridge! Let me know if you’d like me to do a grocery run and stock your fridge in time for your return.
- Fresh flowers: what’s better than to enter you home and finding a bouquet of fresh flowers to welcome you back? I can make it happen.
- Reservations: be it for a restaurant or the cinema, let me know if you’d like me to book tickets for you in time for your arrival.
