How do I know if the consultancy session is for me?
The 1:1 session is for you if you have a real estate investment project in Spain and you need professional advice because:
- You are a foreigner and you live abroad
- You are a foreigner and you live in Spain
- You are a small foreign investor and you are looking for a profitable investment
- You are Spanish but you live outside of Spain
- You are abroad and you need a Buyer’s Agent to help you in the search and purchase of your home in San Sebastián
- You are abroad and you need a Property Manager in San Sebastián to help with the maintenance and upkeep of your property
- You need to open a bank account for non-residents in Spain and/or obtain a NIE (Foreign Identification Number)
- You’d like to know how to obtain the Spanish Golden Visa (residence and work permit) through a real estate investment
What to expect from a 1:1 consultation session? 🖥️
You get forty minutes with me (online, via videoconference) to ask me all the questions you have about the topic that interests you from the above list.
What do you get from the consulting session?
Personalized advice on your real estate project in Spain and its feasibility/cost.
How much does the session cost?
The 45-minute session’s price is €150 + VAT that will be deducted from my fees when you hire my Buyer’s Agent services.
Payment is made at the time of booking via Paypal or by wire transfer. The session will not take place if the corresponding payment has not been received immediately after booking it.
At the end of the session, you will receive your invoice by e-mail.
